The perfect starting point for developmental goalies. This program is designed to build the “Goalie Toolbox.” We focus on the core fundamentals of the position, ensuring young goalies develop the right habits early.

• Focus: Basic save mechanics, proper stance, angles, and foundational crease movement.
• Goal: Building confidence and a technical base that will carry them to the next level.

2. Advanced Goalie Training (3+ years goaltending experience)

High-intensity, high-repetition training for the advanced goalie. Our signature 2-on-1 sessions maximize your time on the ice. With only two goalies per session, you receive personalized feedback on every rep while facing shots from high-level players.

The Advantage: A competitive environment with a high volume of game-accurate shots.

Focus: Rebound control, explosive lateral movement, and game-like situational drills.

Player Skills Sessions (7th Grade & Above)
